1. Is Luv4fish operational in cities other than Bangalore?

Currently, we are operational only in Bangalore.

  1. Is Luv4fish certified by FSSAI?

Yes. We are certified by “Food Safety and Standard Authority of India”.

  1. Is shopping at Luv4fish secure?

Yes. Our payment gateways have received the global SSL Certificate that ensures all the payments made to us are secure. We don’t store card details in our system/website.

  1. Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?

It is not mandatory. However, we recommend that you register to avoid the inconvenience of providing your details every time you place an order.

  1. Can I get custom cuts?

Not at this point of time. However, do let us know your requirement by writing to us at support@luv4fish.com. We may consider the request to include it in our catalogue in future.

  1. What do I do if I am unable to find a particular fish?

Please click on ‘Didn’t find your fish’ link and fill the form. We shall notify you when the product is available.

  1. How do I cancel an order?

In case you wish to cancel, please do so within the same day of placing the order by following the below process. Please note that cancellations post this timeline will not be accommodated.

  • Registered User – My Account -> Pre-orders -> Cancel Order -> Fill the form – > Request Cancellation. Once the form is submitted, we would contact you to confirm the details.
  • Unregistered User – Please call the support number (990 11 786 90 or 990 13 786 90) between 9:00 AM & 6:00 PM, or send an email to cancel@luv4fish.com with the order number mentioned on the subject line.
  1. How do I update a pre-order?

A pre-order cannot be edited once it is placed. If you wish to edit a pre-order, it has to be done before clicking on ‘Place Pre-order’.

Note – If you wish to update the quantity of a product in your cart, you would be required to delete the product from the cart and choose the product again with the right quantity required.

  1. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do under the following circumstances –

  • When an order is cancelled within the same day of placing the pre-order and the payment is already made.
  • When we are unable to source the fish you are looking for and the payment is already made.

If a coupon was used in the above cases, it would be provided back to you as a coupon.

  1. I have not yet received my refund for online payment?

Once initiated, it will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days. If you still have not received your refund, please write to us at support@luv4fish.com or call our support team at 990 11 786 90 or 990 13 786 90.

  1. How does the referral system work?

Step by step process is mentioned under Refer-2-Gain.

  1. Can I apply multiple coupons on a single order?

You would be allowed to use only one coupon per order. The conditions would apply depending on the coupon code used. E.g.: The coupon generated by referring a friend can be used only on orders above ₹500.

  1. How do I edit my address?

If you are a registered user, My Account -> Address -> Edit

  1. How do I reset my password?

If you are a registered user, My Account -> Account Details -> Password Change

  1. I am unable to login to my account. What should I do?

  1. Under what name will my transaction appear on my card statement?

Your purchase will be charged under Luv4fish.

  1. What do I do if I want to deactivate my account from Luv4fish?

You may send us an email at support@luv4fish.com along with the reason.

  1. I haven’t received my order confirmation email?

We suggest that you check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder. Registered users may log onto and check My Account -> Pre-orders for their order. If the order you placed does not appear under ‘Pre-orders’, the order may not have been successful. If the issue is still not resolved, would request you to wait for 15 minutes, recheck and send us an email at support@luv4fish.com or call us at 990 11 786 90 or 990 13 786 90.

  1. If I pay by Net Banking, Credit or Debit Card, how long will it take for my account to be debited?

After a successful transaction, your account will get debited immediately.
